Short Term Goals

OK, actually we need to set these.
What should they be?

I want our short term goals to be: (1 - most important)
Recruit more tutors
Increase FROC membership
Increase tutor/learner involvement
Raise more donations
Raise community awareness
Recruit more business partners
Sponsor more tutors/learners/staff to events
Other (specify below)
